I have a lifetime of real estate related experience and over 10 years as a licensed realtor as well as an advanced degree in business administration (MBA). I have years of Sales and Marketing experience, including working for a top Pharma company. Some of my past awards include not only being honored as Sales Associate of the year, but also being promoted to train other sales professionals. I offer unique personalized video marketing of my Seller's homes. Videos may include: area tours, Coming Soon marketing, and Active home videos. I also pay outside of the typical MLS system to advertise my Seller's home on Military sites. I'm a Homes for Heroes Specialist. I offer Hero Clients participation in the Homes for Heroes cash-back program. I create an individualized home evaluation, readiness checklist, and strategic marketing plan for each of my clients. In order to recommend what options a Seller has, regarding list price, I utilize tax records, a competitive market analysis (reviewing similar homes that have recently sold), and a competitive analysis of current homes on the market. I also review market trends taking into consideration economic and political factors. As a Real Estate Consultant, when I work as your Realtor, I work with you in partnership to buy and sell your home. I provide guidance, and suggest possible options, based on data, experience, and market trends. I ensure your preferences and decisions guide the process and timeline.
